DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

Within the UK I will send work by Royal Mail Special Delivery generally within one week of purchase. The cost for UK delivery starts at £10 and increases by £5 for each additional item.

Delivery overseas (except Europe) will take longer and also use a tracked and signed for service. Postage overseas is £40 flat rate and all tariffs are paid by the recipient. Additional items will incur additional costs. If the amount charged differs greatly from the actual costs I will email you and send a refund of the difference.

If you are not happy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or refund minus postage costs. You will also be responsible for the cost of postage for the return. It is advised that proof of postage is obtained for a returned item.

 

In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please keep any items and packaging and contact me immediately at info@fabiplat.com. I can then organise a replacement, refund or exchange. If this is the case I ask that you contact me within 14 days of delivery date – after this time I will not be able to take liability for damage.

In some cases, the print you purchased may no longer be available as once an edition is sold out it cannot be reproduced. If this is the case, you will be refunded.
